How Direct Hire Pricing Works
Pay only when you hire. The search deposit is credited toward your fee.
Refundable search deposit + kickoff
To begin the search, we collect a $500 refundable deposit. It’s credited toward your final recruiting fee when you hire.
Hire
When you hire, we charge a one-time fee equal to 20–30% of year one salary.
6-month guarantee
Every hire includes a 6-month replacement guarantee if the fit isn’t right.

Common questions about direct hire and how it works
How long does it take?
Most placements take 2 to 4 weeks from role definition to final shortlist. Complex or specialized roles may take longer depending on market availability.
What does Direct Hire include?
Role scoping, global recruiting, vetting and assessments, a curated shortlist, interview coordination, and selection support.
What is not included?
Ongoing check-ins, equipment and device security, and ongoing management are not included. If we want end-to-end support, Managed Talent is the better fit.
What is the $500 deposit and how does it work?
We collect a $500 refundable search deposit to start the search. It’s credited toward your recruiting fee when you hire, and it’s refundable if you decide not to move forward.
What is the Direct Hire fee?
Direct Hire is a one-time recruiting fee equal to 20–30% of year one salary, plus a $500 refundable search deposit credited toward the fee when you hire.
Do we get AI training?
Yes. Direct Hire includes AI onboarding access during ramp-up. Managed Talent includes continuous training, ongoing testing, and regular skill development over time.
When do we need EOR?
Not always. EOR is an optional add-on — we recommend it only when it meaningfully improves compliance, benefits access, or retention in your hire’s country.
What happens if the hire isn’t a fit?
Direct Hire includes a 6-month replacement guarantee. If the hire isn’t a fit, we run a new search for the role.
