How fast can we get candidates?

We typically share a curated shortlist in about 14 days, depending on role complexity and requirements.

What does RemoTeams do?

We connect clients with full-time global talent we call RemoPros. We recruit, vet, train, equip, and support RemoPros so they integrate directly into our clients’ teams across Executive Assistant+, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Support.

What does “Top 1–2% accepted” mean?

We run a structured vetting process and only move forward with candidates who meet our bar for skills, reliability, communication, and role fit.
