3-month initial commitment, pay on the 1st of each month, and no upfront fees.
Yes. We collect a $500 refundable search deposit to start your search. It’s credited toward your first month (Managed Talent) or your recruiting fee (Direct Hire) when you hire.
Direct Hire is a one-time recruiting fee equal to 20–30% of year one salary, plus a $500 refundable search deposit credited toward the fee when you hire.
